Do you ship to Canada? YES. If you live in Canada you must shop in Canadian dollars (don't worry, it's almost par) Our Canadian orders ship from a Canadian warehouse so you save on shipping and there won't be any customs charges either.

Do you ship to Europe and the rest of the World too? YES. Shipping rates vary all over the world. The best way to place your order is to send us an email telling us what you'd like to purchase. We will find the best rate and email you a final cost before shipping your order.  

HOW do I clean my pewter pendant? You really don't need to do much. The pendants are antiqued so they have that slightly blackened appearance on purpose to enhance the detailing. Chemicals used in traditional jewelry cleaning methods MUST NOT be used when cleaning your necklace. We recommend gently rinsing your chain and pendant in warm water and drying it with a soft cloth. In general sensible care will ensure a long life for your necklace. Exposure to Colognes, aftershaves and excess sweat can affect the coating and plating on your Bico Chain. it is also advised to rise and dry your necklace after wearing it in salt water. 

HOW do I know what size to order? Each necklace description tells you what the length is. Take a piece of string and measure it to the length stated in description and hold that around your neck to get a visual. 

Do any of the necklaces come with an adjustable length? YES, the men's dog tag and the ladies deluxe bead chain can be cut to any length desired. This is a particularly good choice for kids or petite women who often need a smaller neck chain. 

SAFE? Lead and Nickel Free? All our pendants made from nickel free high grade pewter. Our chains are either surgical grade stainless steel or Bico Chains are metal plated nickel free brass. All products conform to or exceed, international standards for material safety and conform to the California AS1681 regulation regarding manufacturing and sale of jewelry.

Are Malaria and Mental Health the only causes you are making necklaces for? Currently yes, although we do have a new pendant in production for World Peace as well. Also simmering on the burner is a project called "Food For All".
